Job Summary
ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales of all company products and services to customers contacting the company by phone email or chat exceptional phone support for customer inquiries including offering pricing product availability order status and comprehensive information about the companys and generate customer quotes and efficiently enter product orders into the and generate customer service quotes and efficiently enter product orders into the system as well as sending out Return Authorization and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships through regular follow-up via phone and closely with the customer support and order fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service participate in regularly scheduled company and team adaptable and willing to take on other responsibilities as assigned by the management new sales opportunities by effectively following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls and potential opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further development and diligently to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas ultimately contributing to the companys growth and update and maintain company SalesForce and P21 experience in inside sales customer support or a related communication skills both verbal and ability to build and nurture customer -oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales in using CRM software and other sales-related organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks -motivated proactive and a team to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
