Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries by phone email and other communication strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs applications and purchasing sales opportunities and proactively follow up on quotes leads and customer outside sales representatives with customer communication quotations product information and order regular communication with customers throughout the sales 2 years of inside sales customer service industrial sales or related experience with industrial pumps rotating equipment mechanical equipment fluid handling or a related industry is a mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical to read and understand basic technical specifications drawings and product communication and interpersonal organizational and time-management to prioritize multiple customer requests and attention to detail and with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM/ERP to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
