What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations

• Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands

• Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support

• Support the business by tracking shipments maintaining orders managing backlog expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues

• Assist in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience

• Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Excel experience - pivot tables VLOOKUP skills preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe

• Due to contractual requirements with the federal government viable candidates must be US citizens

• Competitive base commission

Work Arrangement: Alpharetta Huntsville and Lake Mary-This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office and 2 days per week from home.
