Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our this role you will provide excellent customer service assist customers with sales process transactions and support daily operations. This position may also include assisting in the lumber yard as needed.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide outstanding customer service
Assist customers with product sales and inquiries
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Process cash credit card and other customer payments accurately
Maintain accurate notes and customer information
Assist with general yard duties as needed
Support daily store operations and other assigned tasks
Qualifications
Previous sales experience required including cash handling and processing credit card transactions
Strong customer service skills
Proficient computer and telephone skills
Professional confident and personable communication skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent note-taking and organizational abilities
