Job Description

Join a pivotal leadership role where you bridge sales execution and customer experience. As the Inside Sales Manager youll lead a high-impact team responsible for quotation support order management and customer service operations. Reporting to senior sales leadership youll play a key role in driving revenue growth operational excellence and long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment. This is an opportunity to shape processes develop talent and directly influence business outcomes.

What youll do

• Lead coach and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team to drive performance and accountability

• Set priorities goals and performance metrics aligned with company objectives

• Oversee quoting order entry order administration and sales reporting activities

• Act as the escalation point for customer inquiries related to orders deliveries and service issues

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle

• Monitor key metrics such as bookings backlog and revenue performance

• Partner with sales and business development teams to support growth opportunities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations engineering finance and supply chain teams

• Drive improvements in sales support processes order accuracy and customer responsiveness

• Ensure compliance with company policies documentation standards and regulatory requirements

What you need

• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills required

• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving ability required

• Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) required

• Data analysis and reporting capability preferred

• Experience with ERP and order management systems required

• 5 years in inside sales customer service or sales operations in manufacturing/technology required

• 3 years of people management experience required

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field required
