Inside Sales Representative

Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$20 $26 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships generating new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and skilled in consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls emails and digital outreach to generate and qualify leads

• Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales performance goals

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions

Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in inside sales customer service or business development preferred

• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment

• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
