What its all about
For our business unit Digital Factory Solutions we are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Associate to support our US sales and marketing operation for our office in Auburn Hills Michigan.
Your focus activities will be:
- Administration of customer records for software licenses software maintenance and services
- Monitoring of customer software subscription renewals (CENIT and partner software)
- Management ordering and distribution of software license keys and related contractual documents
- Customer communication through phone calls email and web meetings
- Support account executives in lead opportunity and account management
- Provide information about products generate price quotations and generate sales orders
- Administrative liaison for global CENIT entities and CENIT partners
- Collaborate with CENITs order administration and bookkeeping teams
- Research and identify prospective customer accounts
- Organize and support sales campaigns marketing events and tradeshows
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of sales processes sales administration and sales metrics ideally with a background in an industrial software business
- Experience in CRM applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Powerpoint Excel)
- Passionate team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- Open and willing to work in an international work environment
- Willing and able to learn new tools processes and technologies
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Working proficiency in German is a plus
