What Youll Do
As an Inside Sales Account Executive youll help drive customer satisfaction and business growth by:
- Supporting Outside Sales Account Executives with customer communication and account management
- Making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective clients
- Following up on customer visits and identifying additional opportunities to support customer needs
- Assisting with quotes proposals and sales-related administrative activities
- Helping generate new business opportunities through marketing efforts and social media outreach
- Coordinating customer meetings follow-ups and sales activities
- Building strong relationships with customers and serving as a trusted resource
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
What Were Looking For
- Customer service inside sales account management or business development experience preferred
- Experience with cold calling prospecting or upselling is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
