WHAT YOULL DO:

As our Inside Rental Coordinator you will combine rental coordination customer service and inside sales. You will serve as our primary point of contact for customers while partnering with Rental Sales Service and Territory Management teams to deliver a great customer experience and grow rental and sales opportunities.

You will be in a dynamic multifaceted role where you will:

• Manage inbound rental service and sales inquiries by phone and from walk-in customers providing prompt professional service
• Coordinate rental requests from inquiries through order processing including equipment availability pricing documentation delivery details and customer follow-up
• Generate rental and sales leads through database mining research referrals and proactive outreach to target accounts.
• Partner with Territory Managers and internal teams to identify opportunities support account penetration and help move qualified opportunities toward close.
• Record customer activity orders quotes and follow-up needs accurately in Salesforce and/or internal systems to ensure timely communication.
• Build strong customer relationships recommend appropriate solutions and manage multiple priorities with accuracy responsiveness and a winning team attitude.
• Complete clerical duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a strong phone presence and a customer-service mindset.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Salesforce. Experience with point-of -rental software is preferred but we will train the right person!
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across Rental Sales and Service functions.
• Knowledge of rental equipment and the material handling industry is strongly preferred; a BA or BS degree four years of related experience/training or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
