Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist

Location: Tuba City AZ

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:
7 On / 7 Off
7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Wednesday to Tuesday)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a collaborative pharmacy team serving a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with strong clinical knowledge and medication management experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients
Review verify and dispense medications accurately and safely
Monitor patient medication therapies and ensure appropriate clinical outcomes
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide clinical pharmacy services for neonatal pediatric adult geriatric oncology and obstetric patients
Ensure compliance with hospital policies pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Participate in inpatient and outpatient clinical pharmacy operations
Support pharmacy staff technicians and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation using Allscripts EMR
Work rotating shifts weekends holidays and on-call schedules as required

Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school required
Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. State or Territory required
Current AHA BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist required
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience required
Strong clinical knowledge and medication management skills required
Excellent communication organizational and teamwork abilities required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment required

Additional Information:
Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
Orientation scheduled every 2 weeks
Holiday coverage required
