Job Summary
NovaCare Rehabilitation is currently hiring a full-time Injury Prevention-WorkStrategies Specialist for an industrial setting. This is a great opportunity for an athletic trainer exercise physiologist EMT PTA COTA or individual of a similar this position you will facilitate musculoskeletal Injury Prevention Programs for The Graham Clients in their four business verticals: Manufacturing Distribution Construction Healthcare. Work with clients to reduce risk by analyzing injury data making ergonomic suggestions as well as providing education and stretching programs.
Position:Injury Prevention Specialist
Location: Varies : Work From Home or Customer locations. Based out of King of Prussia PA.
Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays (8am-5pm)
Compensation:$63000 - $67000 annually based on years of experience

- On-site coverage for industrial client under the direction of the Account/Program Manager
- Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:
- Assessment triage and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Job coaching and behavior modification both 1:1 and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
- Document and report on employee encounters
- Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
- Minimum one year of healthcare experience
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an industrial setting
- Bilingual
