As our next Injection Molding Process Technician youll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production. Your expertise in molding technology and process improvement will be critical in achieving production efficiency reducing scrap and maintaining quality standards.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Develop and optimize injection molding processes for manufacturing operations
  • Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product compliance
  • Maintain documentation of process parameters and updates
  • Train operators and technicians on molding procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 years of experience in injection molding processes preferably in automotive manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding machines tooling and materials
  • Experience in process troubleshooting and optimization
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
  • Experience in high-volume automotive production environments
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
