Summary

Leads the planning coordination and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and successful delivery of outcomes. Manages scope timelines resources and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional efforts. Ensures initiatives are executed efficiently through structured project management practices proactive problem-solving and effective communication. Partners with business and functional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Leads planning and execution of initiatives ensuring scope timelines milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.

Facilitates stakeholder alignment through structured meetings clear communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Monitors initiative progress identifies risks and issues and implements mitigation strategies to maintain delivery objectives.

Establishes and maintains project tracking tools dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into status risks and outcomes.

Develops and executes communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed engaged and aligned throughout the initiative lifecycle.

Applies project and change management methodologies to drive consistency accountability and effective execution.

Evaluates initiative outcomes through data feedback and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration management organizational development engineering project management or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

57 years of experience in project or program management operations or a related field required.

Experience working in cross-functional matrixed environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority required.

Certifications & Licenses

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
