What Youll Do:

• Assist with deployment and maintenance of endpoint devices and hardware

• Image and prepare workstations for use

• Support device buildouts and troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Track and document equipment accurately

• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to support daily operations hardware refresh projects and special initiatives

What Were Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic IT environment

• Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
