Position: Infrastructure Support Intern

What Youll Do:
Assist with deployment and maintenance of endpoint devices and hardware
Image and prepare workstations for use
Support device buildouts and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Track and document equipment accurately
Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to support daily operations hardware refresh projects and special initiatives
What Were Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic IT environment
Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
