Job Summary
- Youll lead and execute the regional growth strategy for Program and Construction Management services supporting transit and major transportation infrastructure.
- Youll serve as the firms executive client lead for key Northern California transit agencies and municipal clients.
- Youll identify pursue and secure new business opportunities including overseeing capture planning pursuit strategy teaming and executivelevel interviews.
- Youll strengthen and expand relationships with publicsector owners decisionmakers and industry partners positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
- Youll provide executive oversight of major programs to ensure excellence in schedule cost risk management constructability and stakeholder coordination.
- Youll build mentor and lead highperforming teams while developing future leaders within the organization.
- Youll collaborate with firm leadership to align regional initiatives with enterprisewide strategic objectives.
- Youll represent the firm externally through industry leadership participation in professional organizations and engagement in regional forums.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

- Minimum 20 years of experience in program management construction management or major infrastructure delivery with a strong focus on transit and public-sector projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Established relationships with BART and other Bay Area transit agencies (e.g. VTA Caltrain SFMTA AC Transit Capitol Corridor)
- Experience supporting FTA-funded programs alternative delivery methods and large capital improvement programs
- Recognized industry presence and thought leadership within the Northern California transportation market
- Demonstrated success in executive-level business development and client relationship management
- Deep understanding of public-agency procurement governance and funding environments
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-disciplinary teams and manage large high-visibility programs
- Strong professional network across both public and private sectors in Northern California
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience.
