THE WORK:

Youll perform and oversee inspection of structural work including bridges retaining walls and related heavy civil components
Youll ensure construction complies with project plans specifications and applicable standards.
Youll coordinate closely with contractors designers and client representatives on structural issues.
Youll review submittals RFIs and field changes related to structural elements.
Youll document inspection activities maintain daily reports and support project controls systems.
Youll identify and proactively resolve construction and quality issues in the field.
Youll provide mentorship and guidance to junior inspectors and field staff.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:

15 years of experience in construction inspection with a strong focus on structural/bridge work
10 years of experience on heavy civil transportation projects (rail roadway grade separations or similar)
10 years of experience in structural inspection including reinforced concrete steel structures and foundation systems

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Strong understanding of Caltrans standards and specifications preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g. Caltrans Structure Representative ACI AWS or equivalent) strongly preferred

$180000 - $200000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
