THE WORK:
  • Youll develop and implement the project planning and scheduling controls strategy including roles for both BP and contractors.
  • Youll adhere to financial business and project processes across all project stages.
  • Youll provide schedules to support accurate estimating benchmarking and interface planning.
  • Youll coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks and ensure readiness for future phases.
  • Youll prepare and manage the WBS/CBS in collaboration with the Cost Engineer.
  • Youll implement and monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Youll develop and integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into the risk and change processes.
  • Youll establish a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with clear roll-up structures.
  • Youll generate and present schedule reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Youll support project closeout planning and perform other duties as assigned.
  • With all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management
  • Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
  • Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling schedule health analysis and schedule risk identification
  • Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules identify trends and clearly communicate mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct solve problems and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Data center design and construction delivery experience
  • Proficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project Primavera P6 Acumen Suite)
  • Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning tools
  • Experience supporting executive reporting recovery planning or schedule governance in complex capital programs.
  • Organized and detail-oriented
$140000 - $165000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience.
