THE WORK:
- Youll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction from design through closeout.
- Youll define activities sequence workflows estimate durations and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.
- Youll identify critical paths key milestones and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives.
- Youll track progress against the baseline schedule preparing regular reports with earned value milestone and variance analyses.
- Youll identify schedule risks early assess potential impacts and recommend or implement mitigation strategies.
- Youll perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions.
- Youll collaborate with project managers engineers contractors and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates effectively.
- Youll coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Youll optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Youll document actual versus planned timelines maintain historical schedule data and analyze lessons learned for future improvement.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering Project Management or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience
- 10 years of experience in project scheduling preferably with Pharmaceutical experience and Autodesk Project Forma. Fully capable to develop analyze and optimize schedule performance.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects ensuring alignment with owner objectives
- Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes workflows and dependencies with a focus on MEP systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders
$120000 - $170000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
