THE WORK:

Youll prepare cost estimates cost plans and benchmarking reports.
Youll develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
Youll identify risks support risk registers and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
Youll attend client and design team meetings advise on cost implications and capture key actions.
Youll assist with lease negotiations change orders invoices cost reports and development appraisals.
Youll contribute to project templates draft qualification questionnaires and take on additional duties as required.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:

Bachelors degree or equivalent
5 years of minimum cost management experience
MRICS or on the path to chartership preferred
Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates bills etc.
Proficient in the use of the required functions in Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel Word &
PowerPoint) to an appropriate level
Knowledge of pre and post contract tasks expected to meet KPIs and deliver success to the client

$130000 - $150000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
