THE WORK:
  • Youll serve as the primary liaison between Airport IT project teams Airport Operations and key stakeholders.
  • Youll facilitate alignment and communication across internal teams airline partners LAWA stakeholders and contractors.
  • Youll provide timely and accurate updates on project status milestones risks and dependencies.
  • Youll support coordination of IT project activities across multiple terminals to ensure consistency and awareness.
  • Youll collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential operational impacts and support mitigation efforts through operational expertise.
  • Youll coordinate and engage with contractors to support project execution scheduling and compliance with operational requirements.
  • Youll participate in project meetings site walks and operational briefings to maintain situational awareness.
  • Youll assist in tracking project progress action items and deliverables to support successful implementation.
  • Youll support the integration of airport equipment and systems with IT infrastructure ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Youll identify risks gaps and coordination challenges and escalate as appropriate.
  • Youll foster strong working relationships across terminals and stakeholder groups to support efficient project delivery.
  • Onsite at client site:The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. May be required to work various shifts including day swing and night.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture Aviation Business Engineering Construction Management Planning or other related technical field required
  • 15 yearsor more experience preferably on airport projects
  • Experience with projects more than $100 million in value.
  • Experience with various delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build
  • Proven experience in Airport Operations
  • Experience working in closely related fields such as airline operations terminal management and project management
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE LEED PE PMP AICP etc.
  • Exposure to or direct involvement in airport IT or infrastructure projects strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with LAX terminal projects and operational environment is a strong plus
  • Experience with LAWA is preferred for interacting with LAWA City departments contractors and airlines
$205000 - $225000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
