Job Summary
- Youll prepare mechanical scopes of work RFPs budgets and manage payment applications for HVAC piping plumbing and other MEP systems.
Youll administer mechanical construction contracts from procurement through installation commissioning and project closeout. - Youll oversee scheduling sequencing permitting startup and turnover activities for critical mechanical systems within data center environments.
- Youll manage mechanical subcontractors and enforce health & safety standards across all mechanical construction activities onsite.
- Youll review mechanical installation progress for quality and compliance with design drawings specifications and commissioning requirements.
- Youll lead and document coordination meetings with Owners Engineers Architects General Contractors and trade partners.
- Youll report to senior leadership on mechanical construction performance including cost schedule risk quality and commissioning readiness.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Construction Management
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing HVAC plumbing piping and other MEP systems on large-scale construction projects; hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction means and methods MEP systems commissioning processes and construction management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts change orders subcontractor agreements and project-related commercial matters.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with Owners Engineers Contractors and cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Word Excel and Outlook with the ability to manage schedules budgets and project reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced data center construction environments.
