THE WORK:
  • Youllmanage and process project documentation including Turnover Packages (TOP) engineering drawings vendor submissions and other related files.
  • Youlluse Procore to upload organize track and maintain project records ensuring easy access and uptodate documentation.
  • Youllcoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
  • Youllreview and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Youllcollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in documentation and provide progress updates.
  • Youllmaintain a comprehensive filing system to support project handover and closeout requirements.
  • Youll generate periodic reports on documentation status pending submissions and approvals
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role preferably in a construction or engineering project environment
  • Proficiency in using Procore for document management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Familiarity with technical documentation including engineering drawings and project sub-missions is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
$70000 - $95000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience.
