Youll develop review and manage project-specific Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
Youll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems plans and procedures across project portfolios.
Youll monitor budgets expenditures and forecasts to ensure compliance with all project and corporate financial objectives.
Youll identify cost variances potential risks and savings opportunities proposing corrective actions as required.
Youll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports dashboards and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders.
Youll conduct variance analysis cash flow tracking and earned value performance reporting.
Youll partner with project management engineering procurement and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control.
Youll act as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership providing clear and actionable recommendations.
Youll lead and mentor cost control team members fostering professional development and accountability.
Youll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools.
