THE WORK:
- Youll monitor all on-site field construction activities through project completion
- Youll apply multidisciplinary construction knowledge methods and installation techniques
- Youll ensure construction follows approved work plans ASRs and notification requirements
- Youll become fully familiar with contractual obligations and technical facility requirements
- Youll ensure work complies with the latest plans specifications RFIs submittals and approved changes
- Youll collaborate with the Design/Builder and stakeholders to plan activities milestones and priorities
- Youll monitor budgets staffing needs and resource allocation for scope and schedule
- Youll optimize manpower materials and equipment to maintain efficiency schedule and budget goals
- Youll proactively identify risks and implement preventative actions to meet critical milestones
- Youll enforce safe sound construction practices to achieve quality efficiency and cost control
- Youll prepare periodic construction progress reports for management and clients
- Youll ensure implementation of all policies procedures and project labor agreement requirements
- Youll participate in coordination meetings and review negotiate and resolve contractor change order claims
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client may be required to work various shifts including day swing and night.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Aviation Business Engineering Construction Management Planning or other related technical field required
- 10 years or more experience preferably on airport projects
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Airport experience or 5 years of experience in other critical environment facilities
- Experience with projects more than $100 million in value.
- Experience with various delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build DesignCMAR and Design/Build
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PM Web)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Masters degree preferred
- Optional Certifications may include AAAE LEED PMP PE and/or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certification
$175000 - $193000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts Illinois Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland New Jersey New York or Washington as set forth below.
