THE WORK:

Youll prepare scopes RFPs budgets and manage payment applications.
Youll administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout.
Youll oversee scheduling sequencing permits and project closeout with officials.
Youll manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
Youll review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
Youll lead and document project meetings with Owners Architects and CMs.
Youll report to senior leadership on cost schedule risk and quality matters
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Bachelors degree in engineering construction or a related field is a plus
Experience with hyperscale data centers (highly desirable)
Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques methods and materials
Outstanding negotiating skills
Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
Must be proficient in Microsoft Project Word Excel Outlook
Organized and detail-oriented

$120000 - $160000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
