THE WORK:
- Youll develop and direct detailed project plans integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
- Youll present and clearly explain complex proposals reports and findings to client stakeholders.
- Youll recruit assign direct and evaluate team members fostering their professional development and competence.
- Youll analyze technology trends resource availability and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Youll lead cross-functional discussions with management production and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
- Youll review negotiate and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
- Youll oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
- Youll translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences including clients and internal staff.
- Youll manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
- Youll ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of production processes quality control costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation and production methods
- Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Project Visio etc.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
$100000 - $150000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
