Job Summary
- Youlloversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
- Youlllead and mentor on-site superintendents subcontractors and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Youlldevelop and manage project schedules budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
- Youllserve as the primary point of contact for clients architects and engineers ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Youllenforce strict adherence to safety protocols quality standards and building codes across all job sites.
- Youllproactively identify and mitigate project risks solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
- Youllreview and approve submittals RFIs change orders and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
- Youllconduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
- Youllcultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors suppliers and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
- Youllleverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes track progress and report on key performance metrics.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques methods and materials
- Bachelors degree in engineering construction or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
