THE WORK:
  • Youll support the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative during the preconstructionphase.
  • Youll assist in defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document scope of work and schedule including interim housing requirements.
  • Youll make value engineering recommendations at the outset of the design.
  • Youll comment on the design professionals deliverable identifying inconsistencies ambiguities conflicts errors and omissions in the progress plans to reduce RFIs and Change Orders.
  • Youll ensure documents are coordinated between design disciplines.
  • Youll prepare comprehensive constructability review of pre-bid construction documents.
  • Youll coordinate the above efforts with the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative in a collaborative way.
  • Onsite at client site:The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
  • 15 years full-time professional paid experience with an Architecture degree and the following:
  • a. 10 of those years must be acting as a Construction Administrator
  • b. 5 years remaining must be acting as a Designer.
  • c. Construction Administrator experience shall be on a public/educational facilityconstruction project with full responsibility for supporting those projects
  • d. Projects shall have a construction value of $8M or more for a single project or with acombined cumulative project value of $80M OR
  • 15 years full time paid professional experience as a Project Superintendent or ProjectManager on a public/educational facility construction and/or large commercial projects withfull responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction value of a single projectin excess of $30M with a combined cumulative project value of $400M OR
  • Minimum of two (2) years of college level coursework from a recognized college university ortrade school and five (5) years additional experience may be substituted for the educationalrequirement
  • Proficient in writing RFCs reviewing submittals and change orders
  • Proficiency in computer programs (MS Word MS Excel etc.) including Bluebeam
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Ability to work quickly efficiently and confidently
$191000 - $210000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
