Role Summary
Workday Finance SCM Developer / Support Developer is primarily responsible for supporting enhancing and maintaining Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain applications.
Responsibilities:
Workday Functional & Configuration Support
Support Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain modules.
Configure and maintain business processes validations and security.
Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes.
Support organizational and master data maintenance.
Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Manage requisitions purchase orders supplier onboarding and supplier management.
Support inventory logistics and supply chain transactions.
Assist business users with procurement and supplier contract processes.
Financial Management Support
Support General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and settlements.
Assist with reconciliations accounting validations and financial reporting.
Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
Resolve finance-related transactional issues.
Testing & Release Management
Support Workday biannual releases (R1/R2).
Prepare and execute SIT UAT and regression testing.
Validate new features and enhancements before deployment.
Coordinate defect resolution during test cycles.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business users functional consultants and project teams.
Gather enhancement requirements and recommend solutions.
Provide knowledge transfer and end-user guidance.
Participate in governance review and status meetings.
