Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Manufacturing
Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP LIMS Equipment HMI etc.
Should have a fair understanding of computer system and manufacturing validations process.
Experience in SQL

The individual will function as Developer and responsible to Design Code and Develop CIO / MIO Maps and Workflows in
Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar
Solve tickets/incidences received from customer as part of Support team member
An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.
She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar
Responsible for distributing the work within team members.
Generic Managerial Skills If any
Good communication skills adaptable fast learner committed and driven to set and achieve team goals Good leadership abilities: able to coordinate and direct phases of project based efforts while supervising motivating and leading project teams Must possess excellent ability to facilitate effective communication. Good Team skill. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals are reached Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
