@Orchard is actively supporting a proposal expected to be awarded in Fall 2026 with an estimated start date of January 2027 for a Maryland client in the Intelligence Sector. We are seeking individuals with the necessary skills experience and clearance to sign a letter of intent to join the team once the program is awarded. As the Information Technology Team Lead you will serve as the lead and administrator for a key IC mission component directorate lead multi-location contractor teams and serve as the primary interface with Sponsor program authorities on technical and project issues.

Your responsibilities include.

• Lead manage and administer the customer team effort.
• Lead shall direct efforts of the team to include contractors at multiple locations and shall serve as the primary interface and point of contact with the Sponsor program authorities and Staff on technical and project issues.
• Regularly brief leadership on program status and milestones related to the contract.
• Shall oversee contractor personnelprojectoperations by developingprocedures;planninganddirectingexecution ofthecontractualtechnicalmulti-disciplinaryengineeringprogrammingmaintenanceand administrativesupport effort;andmonitoringandreporting progress.

To be considered your experience and qualifications will include.

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelors degree in computer science data analytics software engineering or related technical field with 8 years of experience OR Masters Degree in computer science data analytics software engineering or related technical field with 6 years of experience OR Associates degree with 12 years of experience OR High-School/High School equivalency diploma with 14 years of experience.
• One (1) or more years leading a team or managing staff.
• Aminimumoffour (4)years ofhands-on experience inProgramManagement experiencemanagingenterpriseITO&M support and system enhancementprojects.
• Experiencedevelopingdecision-qualitymaterials(strategicpapersoptions analysesexecutivebriefings)and driving executive actiontracking.
• Experienceoverseeingorguidingportfolio/programperformanceresource planningand acquisition/procurement strategy(includingvendormanagementand enterpriselicensingconcepts).

Additional capabilities to make you stand out include.

• Experiencetranslating mission prioritiesintoactionableITroadmapsinvestment plansandmeasurableoutcomes.
• Have an active certification such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional.

Compensation: As there are several potential levels for this skillset within the program compensation can range between $132900 and $190000. All employees will receive a generous benefits package: Health Dental Vision 401K with immediate vesting tuition reimbursement and generous PTO.
