As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP)youllbe part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology.Youllgain hands-on experience build technical and leadership skills and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.

Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT including:

• Cybersecurity Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection

• Data Analytics & Operations Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency

• Technical Product/Project Management Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

• Artificial Intelligence Apply machine learning and AI toenhanceIT processes & systems

• Application Development Build andoptimizesoftware tools forinternal & external use

• IT Infrastructure & Architecture Design and support scalable secure technology environments

Basic Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelors orMasters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity Informatics Data Science or a related STEM field

• Expected graduation date between December 2026and May 2027

• Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework projects or internships

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic extracurricular or professional settings

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship co-op or research experience in IT software development or data analytics

• Strong academic performancedemonstratedby a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) though all applicants are encouraged to apply
