Job Summary

Overview

The Information Systems Support Tech is responsible for supporting computers telecommunications point-of-sale audiovisual and hospitality systems.

This is a Part-Time role that pays $16/hour.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to all IT calls and work orders and place help calls when needed to Corporate IT and vendors.
Document technical issues and resolutions through the use of help desk software
Complete daily audits of park systems. Require a full walk-through of the park at least two times per shift.
Complete daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems including point of sale ticketing Season Pass systems and network health along with a detailed check of the parks data center.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all department-owned software and hardware assets.
Monitor and maintain sound and video equipment.
Ensure 100% compliance with all Six Flags Information Systems policies and procedures.
Assists in other areas of the IT Department.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid drivers license preferred but not required.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Some College Preferred.
Must be able to speak understand read and write English.
Must be capable of lifting and carrying 40 lbs.
Basic knowledge of audio and video systems.
Skills in data telecommunications and/or computer programming.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
Good organizational and project management skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
