Job Description
BASICFUNCTION : Under the direction of the District Registrar the Information Systems Student Services Liaison will act as liaison between the Office of the Registrar various departments and Information Technologies (IT) providing: assessment; implementation and testing of updates new features and new state or federal regulations; management of user accounts; and documentation. The Districts primary software vendor is Datatel Ellucian Colleague with other integrated products.
Physical Demands
ENVIORNMENT : Office environment; subject to constant interruptions PHYSICALABILITIES : Sitting and operating a keyboard to enter data into a computer terminal for extended periods of time Hearing and speaking to exchange information Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
Required Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Any combination equivalent to a BA/BS degree and two (2) years of professional experience providing end user support in an integrated database environment; experience programming and developing reports working knowledge of database interfaces and reporting tools; including community college experience. Higher Education experience ideally within in a community college setting with an innate focus on students and their success.
