If youre ready to expand your skills and be part of a team focused on innovation and continuous improvement this role offers the opportunity for both professional growth and long-term career note:This position is primarily located at our HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown working hours of this role will be begin at approximately 1:00pm Annual Salary Range: $79100 - $101745 per yearThe posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position with final compensation determined based on experience skills and internal Duties:Provide operational support by monitoring scheduled process executionTroubleshoot and resolve process failures exceptions and performance issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement fixes to prevent recurrence of issuesDesign develop test and deploy automated workflows using approved toolsTranslate business process requirements into technical automated solutionsFollow development standards naming conventions and documentation Qualifications/ExperienceBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience in administrating supporting and maintaining enterprise platformsAt least 1 year of enterprise IT project management experienceIntermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve operational efficiency reliability or productivity in both technical and business workflowsIntermediate ability to understand business needs and implement effective technology solutionsIntermediate ability to identify business requirements and create software solutions that align with business goalsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL Oracle or other database softwareIntermediate knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices for managing software Qualifications/ExperienceAI automation or database related certifications for software developersAdvanced oral and written communication abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite products (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Ability to apply complex logic or scientific thinking to define problems collect data establish facts and draw conclusionsAbility to interpret complex technical instructions and deal with multiple variablesAbility to compute complex mathematical functions such as discount interest profit and loss commission markup and selling price ratio and proportion and percentageAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh degree of adaptabilitySolid organizational abilities and attention to :Find your happy place.
