This role provides leadership and management direction to staff assigned to projects including initiating planning executing monitoring and controlling and closing out projects. Establish operating procedures and processes within the general project and serve as the organizations professional management resource within the project content area. Coordinate the work of internal and external participants stakeholders and consultants or vendors to ensure successful completion of projects. This role is responsible for managing the development of more than one mid-size project that requires collaboration and coordination with various work units.

Manage schedule budget risks and communications; maintain status reporting.

Qualifications
B.S. B.A. or an Associate Degree in Information Technology or a related field
5 years of experience in Service Delivery role
3 years of experience with IT implementations
1 year of experience with IT Security work efforts and implementations
Experience with waterfall agile and hybrid methodologies
Experience in change management and tools
Ability to translate technical information for nontechnical audiences
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Skilled at influencing without direct authority fostering collaboration and building consensus.
