Location: The Learning Experience Gainesville VA
Pay: $17$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Support daily classroom routines for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 24 months
- Provide attentive care including feeding diapering and supervision throughout the day
- Implement developmentally appropriate sensory activities and early learning experiences
- Foster language development social-emotional growth and independence
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with families regarding routines milestones and daily progress
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Follow Virginia childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience required
- Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred
- Patient nurturing and team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive hourly pay of $17$20 based on experience
