We are currently looking for nurturing energetic and dedicated Infant Teachers to join our Palmer team. If you love building relationships celebrating developmental milestones and creating a safe and engaging environment for our youngest learners we would love to meet you.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Compensation

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Based on education experience and qualifications.

What Youll Do

As an Infant Teacher youll create a loving responsive environment where infants feel safe supported and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with infants and their families
• Provide attentive responsive care throughout the day
• Create engaging sensory and developmental learning experiences
• Support childrens cognitive social emotional and physical development
• Follow individualized schedules for feeding diapering sleeping and care
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Maintain open positive communication with families
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership
• Ensure a clean organized and safe classroom environment
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
• Plan opportunities for outdoor exploration and age-appropriate gross motor play

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Clear background checks required
• Previous infant or childcare experience preferred
• CDA Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus but not required
