Infant Assistant Teacher Support Our Youngest Learners
The Learning Experience Milford is seeking a nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to help provide a safe loving and engaging environment for infants. Working alongside the Lead Teacher youll help children reach important developmental milestones while ensuring every baby receives individualized care and attention.
Responsibilities
Assist with infant care routines including feeding diapering and naps
Support sensory activities and early learning experiences
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
Build positive relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher
Follow all health safety and licensing standards
Qualifications
Previous childcare experience preferred
Infant/Toddler certification is a plus but not required
Caring dependable and team-oriented
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
