Job Description

• Act as the primary focal point between the central transfer organization and the internal engineering/manufacturing team for multiple site exit and transition programs.
• Represent the internal team in transfer governance meetings ensuring alignment on objectives timelines and deliverables.
• Gather and consolidate requirements from transfer teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate data technical inputs and responses.
• Understand end-customer and business requirements and effectively communicate them to transfer execution teams.
• Develop and support a structured communication plan to share transfer progress and updates with external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular interactions reviews and collaboration between internal teams and transfer organization to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure clear information flow issue resolution and alignment across cross-functional and multi-location teams.
• Support execution of industrial transfer activities ensuring adherence to project timelines quality standards and compliance requirements.
