What Youll Do:

As an Industrial Service Specialist youll play a key role in keeping our production and warehouse environments clean safe and running efficiently. This role is hands-on and physical and includes:

• Cleaning production equipment machines floors and high-traffic work areas
• Maintaining cleanliness in the roasting room dry storage warehouse and shipping/receiving areas
• Removing trash scrubbing floors and supporting facility sanitation needs
• Climbing ladders and operating lifts to clean overhead areas sometimes up to 40 feet
• Helping wherever needed to ensure a clean safe and organized production facility

This is a physical role that keeps you moving throughout the day.

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant industrial/facility experience)
• Stable work history and consistent reliability
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Demonstrated ability to stand climb and perform physical tasks for long periods
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
• Dependable team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to contribute
