Salary: $110000$130000 annually bonus

BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial ServiceSupervisorto lead our Digital Print service operation at a customer manufacturing this highly visible leadership role youll serve as the primary liaison between BHS and the customer while managing a team of technicians and specialists responsible for maximizing equipment uptime print quality and operational performance.

• Lead all onsite BHS Digital Print service activities
• Supervise coach and develop onsite technicians and support personnel
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service operations and escalations
• Drive equipment uptime print quality and overall operational performance
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning
• Coordinate resources across Engineering Field Service Help Desk and Product Management
• Analyze equipment performance downtime and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and customer satisfaction
• Participate in production meetings and present performance and KPI updates to customer leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual service commitments

• Previous experience leading technical service teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills
• Experience supervising technicians or maintenance personnel
• Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems PLC-controlled equipment and preventive maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with digital printing corrugated manufacturing inkjet technology or industrial production equipment is preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally for training and corporate initiatives
