Job Summary
Paragon is seeking an Industrial Service & Repair Account Manager to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships throughout Las Vegas NV and the surrounding territory. This home-based outside sales role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships and helping customers solve equipment repair and reliability challenges.
Youll be backed by an experienced customer service and technical support team while managing an established territory with significant growth potential.
- Develop new business while growing existing customer accounts.
- Build lasting relationships with industrial customers.
- Prospect through cold calling referrals and lead follow-up.
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits and sales presentations.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan with your manager.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage your territory.
- Partner with technical and customer support teams to deliver outstanding service
- 2 years of industrial outside sales experience.
- Experience selling industrial repair services is highly preferred particularly in hydraulics electronics robotics servos or mechanical power transmission.
- Knowledge of hydraulic equipment repair or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Strong communication organization and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the territory including occasional overnight travel.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree or technical degree preferred.
- This role will routinely make on-site customer visits in industrial settings requiring the ability meet with customers at their locations and drive moderate to long distances.
- At times may be required to lift items weighing as much as 50lbs.
