About The Role:The Industrial Painter will be responsible for applying paint to a variety of materials and surfaces ensuring high-quality finishes and durability. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding and removing old paint.
• Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and consistency.
• Apply paint using brushes rollers and spray equipment.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform all other job duties as assigned.
• Wear required PPE at all times and adhere to all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings and their applications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Regular attendance and active participation with the team required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
