Industrial Operations Specialist

As an Industrial Operations Specialist youll serve as a key contributor to operational performance by partnering with production quality maintenance and leadership teams to improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities include:

• • Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality productivity and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation standard work and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate and support operational projects from planning through implementation.
  • Assist with production planning workflow optimization and resource utilization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational challenges.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Evaluate equipment tools and processes to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Technology Manufacturing Technology Operations Management or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing industrial operations process improvement production project management or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Six Sigma or Operational Excellence principles is preferred.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
