Job Description & Skill Requirement:
As Robotics Engineer the person will be doing the following Activities:
Execute Project activities such as Plant Investigation feasibility study Developmental Engineering (Interference-Clearance analysis
Weld Spot distribution to all robots meeting the cycle time Problem tracking chart creation and providing multiple solutions)
Specification Writing (Equipment Specifications Robot Specifications Process Specifications).
Robots reach study (Robotic Simulation for various Weld Sealing Handling processes)
Knowledge about Weld Paint and Final Assembly process
Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line Production Ramp-up for an existing line based on
market demand and Line Innovation/Renovation.
Good project management skills & onsite-offshore coordination skills
Software: MUST - 3DX (Robotic Simulation)Delmia V5 Preferable
