BHS Corrugated is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our customers manufacturing operation in the Winston-Salem area. If you have a strong mechanical and electrical background enjoy solving equipment problems and take pride in keeping production running efficiently this could be the opportunity for you.

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot root causes to reduce downtime.
• Inspect equipment and recommend reliability improvements.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to support production objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with motors conveyors bearings gearboxes sensors and industrial controls.
• Ability to interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manufacturing packaging paper converting or corrugated industry experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems.
