Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our reputable client a leader in the food manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support either 1st shift or 3rd shift operations. This position is responsible for equipment troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and safe production.

• Perform mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs

• Conduct preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment

• Minimize downtime by quickly diagnosing and resolving issues

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with food safety GMP and safety standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations

• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred)

• Technical degree certification or equivalent hands-on experience

• Knowledge of PLCs motors pumps conveyors and production equipment

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Availability to work 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime/weekends
