Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support safe reliable and efficient manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting repairing and maintaining electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment VFDs motors pumps and industrial machinery and is confident working across multiple technical disciplines to minimize downtime and support plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair industrial equipment across electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintain and repair PLC systems variable frequency drives (VFDs) motors gearboxes pumps and power systems
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and ensure equipment is operating at peak reliability
• Read and interpret electrical schematics diagrams and technical manuals
• Use diagnostic tools and testing instruments to identify root causes of equipment failure
• Complete and document work orders parts usage and repair details in CMMS
• Support equipment startups shutdowns and production changeovers safely and efficiently
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Follow all safety environmental and food safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams across all shifts
• Assist in training and supporting junior maintenance technicians
• Identify and escalate equipment risks or potential failures

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics confidently
• Experience using diagnostic tools and maintenance instruments
• Working knowledge of CMMS or computerized maintenance systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food beverage pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments
• TIG and stick welding experience
• Knowledge of machining tools fixtures and mechanical assembly practices
• Strong understanding of industrial shop operations
