We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation maintenance and reliability of our production and packaging equipment. - Day Shift: MondayFriday
- No weekends (unless business requirements call for occasional overtime)

What Youll Do:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
Set up and adjust equipment for various product sizes and production runs
Assist with line changeovers and equipment optimization.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Collaborate with production personnel to ensure efficient plant operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 23 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with beverage food or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
Knowledge of packaging equipment (fillers seamers conveyors labelers palletizers etc.) is a plus.
Experience performing changeovers and equipment adjustments for different product sizes and packaging formats.
Strong mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read equipment manuals schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime.
Ability to work safely while following all GMP food safety and company policies.
